나이가 드니 점점 소화도 안되고 당관리도 해야할것 같아 건강빵레시피를 검색해보다 호밀빵이 만들고 싶어 주문했어요. 주문하려던 호밀가루는 배송비가 붙어서 고민만 하다가 못 사고 배송비 없고 빨리 도착해서 이제품을 선택했고 리뷰보니 뭔가 믿음이 가네요.
첫 시도라서 100% 호밀빵은 부담스럽고 강력분 200g에 호밀가루 50g에 견과류들 살짝 다져넣어 구웠는데 주변 베이커리 빵집에서 먹던 빵맛이라 놀랐어요. 고소, 담백하고 향도 깊고 좋아요. 무엇보다 보다 건강하게 빵을 먹을 수 있게 되어 좋아요. 호밀빵으로 올리브오일에 다진마늘과 볶음 새우와 수란올려 오픈샌드위치도 만들고 고다치즈에 햄, 채소넣고 홀그레인 머스타드&마요네즈 발라 샌드위치도 해먹었는데 식빵보다 풍미과 식감이 살아 더더 고급진 맛이 나네요!! 호밀가루 넣었더니 특유의 밀가루맛도 없어지고 만족해요!

After reading the review, I felt confident. Since it was my first attempt, 100% rye bread was burdensome, so I baked it with 200g of bread flour, 50g of rye flour, and lightly chopped nuts. I was surprised that it tasted like the bread I had at a nearby bakery. It's nutty, light, and has a deep, good scent. More than anything, I'm glad that I can eat bread more healthily. I made an open sandwich with rye bread topped with poached shrimp and vegetables, and I also made a sandwich with gouda cheese, ham and vegetables, and whole grain mustard and mayonnaise. It had more flavor and texture than white bread, making it taste even more luxurious!!
